In this agreement, "the Producer" means The Echo Project (based in Ayrshire, Scotland). "Contribution" means my interview, appearance, image, likeness, voice, performance, name, and any material I provide or that is recorded of me. "the Films" means the documentary films, series and related content produced by The Echo Project.

1. I agree to take part in the Films and I grant the Producer the right to record, film, photograph and reproduce my Contribution.
2. I grant the Producer an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence (subject to clauses 4 and 5) to edit, copy, adapt, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, stream, license and otherwise exploit my Contribution as part of the Films, in all media now known or later devised, including YouTube and other online platforms, film festivals, cinema, television broadcast, and educational or non-broadcast screenings, and in trailers, clips and promotional material.
3. I can stop at any time during filming. I may ask the Producer to pause or to stop filming at any point, for any reason or none, and filming will stop. There is no time limit on this and I do not have to explain myself. Stopping filming is not the same as withdrawing my consent, which is covered by clause 4.
4. My right to withdraw. I may withdraw my consent by writing to the Producer at bryan@theechoproject.co.uk within 14 days of the date I sign. If I withdraw within that window: no film about me will be made or published; nothing that identifies me will ever be used, including my face, voice, name, or any distinctive mark or tattoo; and nothing personal that I discussed or disclosed will ever be used. The Producer may retain non-identifying material only, such as shots of hands, tools, materials, the place, or textures, for use as general footage. After those 14 days my consent becomes irrevocable, and I may not withdraw it or require my Contribution to be removed.
5. Seeing the film before it is published. If this documentary is about me (I am the main contributor), the Producer will show me the finished film before it is published, screened or submitted anywhere, and before anyone else sees it. I may raise any concerns and the Producer will consider them seriously and discuss them with me. I understand that editorial judgement, including final cut, remains with the Producer, and that this is a genuine conversation rather than a right of approval or veto. This clause does not apply to additional contributors.
6. I confirm my Contribution is truthful to the best of my knowledge, and that it does not knowingly infringe anyone else's rights.
7. No fee is payable for taking part unless separately agreed in writing.
8. I waive any moral rights I may have in the Films to the extent permitted by law, so the Producer can edit and use the material as described above.
9. Your personal data. The Producer will hold my contact details securely and use them only in connection with the Films, in line with UK data protection law. My statutory data protection rights are unaffected by this agreement and are explained in the Producer's Privacy Policy at theechoproject.co.uk.
10. My own use of footage. If this documentary is about me (I am the main contributor), I understand the Producer may also give me copies of clips featuring me, for my own separate use, including commercial, social media, and publishing use, provided that such clips do not also feature another identifiable contributor whose separate agreement is required under clause 11 below.
11. Sharing clips with the main contributor. If I am taking part as an additional contributor to another person's story (as named by me on the other side), I have indicated there whether I agree that the Producer may give copies of clips featuring me to that main contributor, for their own separate use, including commercial, social media, and publishing use. If I have chosen not to allow this, my Contribution will be used only within the Films produced by the Producer, and will not be shared with the main contributor for their own separate use. The Producer has no control over, and no responsibility for, the main contributor's use of any clips shared under this clause.
12. This agreement is governed by the law of Scotland and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

In this agreement, "the Producer" means The Echo Project (based in Ayrshire, Scotland). "the Location" means the property or site named on the form. "the Films" means the documentary films, series and related content produced by The Echo Project.

1. I confirm I have the authority to grant permission to film at the Location, as its owner, manager, tenant, or authorised representative.
2. I grant the Producer permission to enter the Location on the filming date(s) stated on the other side, to record footage and photography of the Location, including its interior and/or exterior as agreed, for use in the Films.
3. I grant the Producer an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence (subject to clause 6) to use, edit, copy, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, stream and otherwise exploit footage of the Location as part of the Films, in all media now known or later devised, including online platforms, film festivals, cinema, television broadcast, and promotional material.
4. The Producer will take reasonable care of the Location and its contents while filming, and will make good any damage directly caused by the filming crew or equipment.
5. I can stop filming at any time. I may ask the Producer to pause or to stop filming at the Location at any point during a filming day, for any reason or none, and filming will stop. Stopping filming is not the same as withdrawing this permission, which is covered by clause 6.
6. My right to withdraw. I may withdraw this permission by writing to the Producer at bryan@theechoproject.co.uk within 14 days of the date I sign. If I withdraw within that window, no footage of the Location will be used in any published film, and any footage that identifies the Location, including signage, frontage, or any distinctive identifying feature, will not be used. The Producer may retain non-identifying material only, such as close shots of tools, materials, or textures, for use as general footage. After those 14 days this permission becomes irrevocable, and footage of the Location may not be required to be removed.
7. I understand that editorial judgement, including final cut, remains with the Producer, and that I do not have a right of approval over how footage of the Location appears within the Films.
8. No fee is payable for the use of the Location unless separately agreed in writing.
9. I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, granting this permission does not breach any other agreement I hold in relation to the Location (such as a lease, tenancy, or insurance condition).
10. Anyone filmed at the Location. I understand that any person who appears on camera and can be recognised signs their own Contributor Release. This permission covers the Location itself, not the people in it.
11. Your personal data. The Producer will hold my contact details securely and use them only in connection with the Films, in line with UK data protection law, as explained in the Producer's Privacy Policy at theechoproject.co.uk.
12. This agreement is governed by the law of Scotland and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
