The Echo Project Nominate
Contributors and location owners

Release forms

Everything you would be agreeing to, in full, before you agree to any of it. There is nothing to sign here. We bring printed copies on the day, and you sign on paper, in person, once you have read this and asked anything you want to ask.

In plain English

The full agreements below say the same thing in legal terms. If you think they do not, tell us before you sign anything.

Two different things

Pausing and withdrawing are not the same, and the difference matters. Pausing or stopping happens during filming, at any moment, with no reason needed and no time limit. Withdrawing means pulling out entirely and taking the footage with you, and that is the 14 day window.

What is deliberately not promised

Said plainly, so nobody assumes otherwise. The main contributor does not have a veto over the finished film: they see it, they are heard, and the final call is Bryan's. Additional contributors and location owners do not get a pre-publication viewing. After 14 days, the footage stays with the project.

Read it in your own time

You do not need to print or fill anything in. We bring copies on the day. These are here so you can read them properly first, or show them to someone else before you decide.

Read the full agreements

The complete wording, exactly as it appears on the printed forms. Choose the one that applies to you. It opens below.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want something changed before you sign it, say so. Nothing is filmed until you are comfortable with all of it.
